Since 2009, he has been composing music that weaves folk with jazz, blending Balkan sounds with Latin and broader Afro-American influences. Over the years, the project has produced two albums and featured at prestigious festivals and venues, including Ronnie Scott\u2019s in London, the Blue Note in London, and the Tuscia Jazz Festival. Many notable contemporary jazz musicians have passed through the group&#8217;s ranks, including Yuri Golubev and Luca Segala. Currently, the lineup is recording a new album in a trio format featuring Stefano Lecchi on drums and Luca Pissavini on electric bass. Lecchi, a highly active drummer with prominent collaborations including Ferdinando Fara\u00f2\u2019s Archipel Orchestra, has 7 albums to his name and has performed at numerous festivals, including Umbria Jazz.
