On the opening night of the festival’s seventh edition, Milan’s Teatro dal Verme will host a cathartic and unmissable event. A killer mix of pop, jazz, rap, soul, electronic but also dub, hip hop and drum’n’bass sounds. Two concerts in one to open in beauty and style.
FIRST SET
“A che punto è la notte” we all remember very well, that first EP that launched one of the most extravagant personalities in music today. Andrea Venerus, born in 1992, opens the seventh edition of JAZZMI with an explosion of pop, rap, jazz, exaggerated sentiments and politically incorrect rhymes.
SECOND SET
Next up, a retro-future reinterpretation of Casino Royale’s sonic universe, a radically different show from ‘Road to Polaris’, which we experienced last March in Milan. With Casino Royale, on stage, two friends and associate members of the group: Marta del Grandi (vocals) and Saverio Tasca (vibraphone).
