JAZZMI invades the green spaces of the city and after having been at the Parco Nord lands at CasciNet for an afternoon of outdoor activities and music, taking time to discover the fruit vegetation of the farmstead, the wellness paths in nature and to tell children about ancient and new crafts. The route ends in a big party-concert with Tamashi Pigiama, an R&B-jazz & electric band that mixes the improvisational essence of jazz with elements of hip hop and soul.
Tamashi Pigiama is an alternative R&B project led by Italian-Ecuadorian singer Carolina Pasinetti. The group mixes the improvisational essence of jazz with elements of hip hop and soul, with forays ranging from electronic to afrobeat. The result is a fresh sound with ironic and disillusioned lyrics, inspired by the sounds of projects such as Anderson .Paak, Hiatus Kaiyote, Tom Misch, Thundercat. Their first single, ‘What It Takes’, was released in September 2021, preceding their first album ‘Tamashi Pajamas’ (released in November).
