Super Bad - JAZZMI

Sunday 02 October

Super Bad

Parco del Centenario
Str. per Baggio 8, Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI)

JAZZMI returns to Trezzano Sul Naviglio to explore a magical place, where history and nature come together, and where together with Forestami they present an absolutely ‘incorrect’ band that is about to release its very first record. Super Bad will sneak around between jazz, funk, rock and electronics.

SUPER BAD is a jazz/funk music project with rock and electronic influences, founded in Florence in 2018 by saxophonist Marco Caponi.

The idea behind it was to bring together prominent musicians from the Tuscan jazz, soul and pop scene.
The line-up draws inspiration from the founding fathers of the genre, with incisive woodwind lines, supported by fiery grooves of Hammond organ, guitar and rhythm section.

SUPER BAD have collected numerous concerts and appearances at jazz festivals and exhibitions, including Grey Cat Jazz Festival, Andora Jazz and JAZZMI.

The band is currently working on their first record, which is scheduled for release in September 2022.
