At the historic Anteo – Palazzo del Cinema, JAZZMI returns with its movie review. Straight Outta Compton tells the story of N.W.A., the famous group of Californian rappers who emerged from Compton, California. Between 1986 and 1991, it was they who turned gangsta rap into a mass phenomenon.

Amidst the degradation and suffering in which they grow up, amidst drugs, delinquency and abuse, the three form a musical group: N.W.A. The film tells their story: from their beginnings, to their success, to their break-up.
