Malafede is the project of Federica Rizzo, a Neapolitan singer-songwriter born in 1999. Her songwriting blends soul, funk, Latin and Mediterranean influences, contemporary Italian songwriting (cantautorato), and experimental electronic textures. The result is a free and multifaceted sonic identity where groove, melancholy, irony, and emotional tension seamlessly coexist. On stage, backed by her band with percussion and a horn section, she delivers a constantly evolving live set that fuses organic instruments, drum pads, and synthesizers. She is currently touring Jukebox, her upcoming debut album—a journey through different emotional states and soundscapes, where each track becomes a mental room to inhabit: inner spaces to traverse unfiltered, allowing yourself to be lulled, burned, torn apart, or rebuilt.
