Centro storico di Carugate
Piazza Manzoni, Carugate (MI)

The Jaqamàra come to Carugate, fusing funk, classical and (of course) jazz: the historic centre hosts a live show that spans the Italian and foreign scene, in an explosion of sounds and colours!

Jaqamára is a trio born in 2020 between singer Serena Pagani, pianist Enea Astori and drummer Filippo Tonini.

The trio immediately started working on unreleased music, which it plays in its concerts alongside its own arrangements of some big hits from the Italian and foreign scene.

Its music is the result of the encounter between a funk drummer, a jazz singer and a classical pianist. This mixture of styles results in an eccentric and lively alternative pop.

A concert by Jaqamára is a mixture of sounds and colours, a polychromatic reality in search of novelty, which seeps between the atmospheres of funk and black music.
