On the suggestive ‘Ponte della Musica’ in Corsico, amidst the colours of the murals, the new symbols of the city, the IRUSU PROJECT await us: a band with a super original sound that ranges with ease between contemporary jazz and pop music.
A trio with an original sound rooted in contemporary jazz, passing through the colours of today’s pop music. This is the idea behind Irusu Project.
The band consists of guitarist Dario Spezia, band leader and main songwriter, and is completed by Paolo D’Aloisio on sax and Alessandro Ferrari on drums. This unusual bass-less line-up stems from the idea of experimenting with new spaces and sounds, bringing together technology, improvisation and interaction between the musicians.
