Project born during Covid and Lockdown, although Alessandro Marzetti (trumpet) and GianPiero (Gippo) Mercoli (guitar) had already played together.
The proposal for a duo comes from Alessandro, who sees in Gippo the guitarist who, with a classical background behind him and many experiences from jazz to metal, can well enhance the elegant lyricism that characterises the style that Alessandro has demonstrated in other projects (CMC trio, a.m.o.)
Not infrequently the duo expands, sonically and geographically, hosting the Parisian side of the family: Francesco Marzetti (btt) and partner Joana Martinez (cb)
