The Davide Parisi Trio, consisting of Davide Parisi on lead guitar, Yann Marechal on rhythm guitar and Giosuè Pugnale on double bass, demonstrates fresh and brilliant ideas that are reflected both in the compositions and in the freedom of improvisation.
Davide Parisi is a gypsy-jazz guitarist from Milan. With his trio, he plays original compositions that combine the influence of Django Reinhardt with the sounds of more contemporary jazz, as well as traditional pieces and reworkings of songs from a variety of backgrounds.
In February 2024, he recorded his first album Open Letter, which was released on 14 June.
