Seven wind instruments. Two percussions. Rocksteady, balkan, swing. A real walking orchestra that combines the energy of street formations with the sound of big bands of the Thirties.
Born in Turin, Bandakadabra boasts a frantic live activity that has led them to perform both in Italy and in the rest of Europe between musical events, theaters, street shows, gaining increasing of attention from fans thanks to a successful combination of music and cabaret, and a show capable of winning any type of audience, asserting the group as a unique artistic reality.

With the release of the live album Entomology Vol I, the group began to broadcast its music on national and international radio networks. In addition to being  “record of the week” on Radio Rai Tre’s Fahrenheit program, Entomology vol. I has been broadcast by the program Battiti, L’altra Europa, and in various broadcasts around the world: from the United States to the Czech Republic, from the Swiss national radio to the Serbian one, ending up being included in several ska and Rocksteady compilations.

Their energy will transport the public to discover the Ortica district, starting from Giardino San Faustino to the Balera dell’Ortica club.
