The Madamzajj Swingin’ Band is a classic 18-piece big band. Active for 25 years, the ensemble has performed extensively, consistently receiving an enthusiastic response from audiences across a wide variety of events, including concerts, dance nights, weddings, town square festivals, grand openings, lecture-concerts, and more.
Directed by Maestro Alberto Sozzi, the musicians present both instrumental and vocal jazz standards, focusing primarily on the Swing era. Over the years, the Madamzajj Swingin’ Band has developed numerous thematic programs, including tributes to iconic crooners like Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé, showcases of Italian Swing, and specialized holiday and feature sets such as “A Big Band for Christmas,” “Women in Jazz,” and “Resistant Swing.”
