Two artists united by a single tension towards research: one that intertwines jazz and electronics, exploring new possibilities of writing, improvisation and sound experimentation. With “Sang”, Dario Jacque signs a musical journey that involves twelve musicians and crosses the Mediterranean to the pulsations of Afrobeat, giving shape to a contemporary language. Five years after his last work, Filippo Bubbico returns with a new quartet project, a further stage in an artistic journey that continues to explore the dialogue between jazz, electronics, and timbre research. Two original and independent visions, united by the desire to break down the boundaries between genres and transform every concert into an experience of discovery.
